“MOST WANTED” NOTORIOUS CHOCOLATE BANDIT HUNT
OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on August 17, 2026, at 12:01 AM EST and ends on October 17, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
4. HOW TO ENTER:

VIA PURCHASE: Purchase a "Most Wanted" Wild West Chocolate Bar at participating retailers or online at our website. If your chocolate bar contains a "WANTED" Chocolate Bandit Poster, you are an instant winner, subject to verification

FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (FAME): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email address on a 3x5 piece of paper and mail it in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 17, 2026, and received by October 24, 2026. Each valid mail-in entry will be entered into a random drawing for any unclaimed prizes.
5. HOW TO CLAIM A RETAIL PRIZE: If you find a "WANTED" Chocolate Bandit Poster, take a clear photo of the poster alongside your original purchase receipt. Email the photo, along with your full name, mailing address, and phone number, to howdy@wildwestchocolate.com by November 1, 2026, to claim your prize. Do not discard the physical poster, as Wild West Chocolate reserves the right to request the original physical poster for verification.
6. PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING: Four (4) Grand Prizes are available. Each prize consists of a Wild West Chocolate prize package with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $150. Total ARV of all prizes: $600. Odds of winning via purchase depend on the total number of chocolate bars distributed (1 in 4,250). Odds of winning via mail-in entry depend on the number of eligible mail-in entries received and the number of unclaimed retail prizes.
6. UNCLAIMED PRIZES: Any prizes associated with "WANTED" posters that are undiscovered, unsold, or unclaimed by November 1, 2026, will be awarded to eligible mail-in entrants via a random drawing held on or about November 5, 2026.
