Cowboy Coffee

I found this gem at Sprouts and I have to say that it took everything I had not to eat the entire package in one seating. Although it is sweetened only with fruit, it is pretty sweet without the yucky sugar alcohol aftertaste. Yay! I found a chocolate that is good for me! That's what I kept telling myself while I was wolfing it down. Mmmm go ahead and judge me! I don't care. I'll forget all your judgement by my second serving...

So I happened across this chocolate at a grocery store one day and was so excited to find a chocolate bar that hit all the big points that matter to me, regenerative farming etc. But also to find one that's "legal" within a super super restrictive diet I'm suppose to follow was even more amazing. I literally was handed a binder they made me of foods I can't eat 😅🤣. So to find one that has all the standards I look for AND I can eat without consequences is absolutely amazing. I've tried all the dark chocolates and all of them are fantastic. The coffee one is my most favorite though as a diehard coffee drinker. I'm also a big horse girl and western/cowboy aesthetic is my jam and the artwork is also my favorite thing. It's like this product was tailor made for me I swear😅. Please, please don't ever ever sell out this company! Stay true to it and you'll have a bar a week customer for life!
