The most irresistible flavor combination in the world: chocolate and peanut butter. This classic combo can yield amazing desserts, including sweet treats that require no baking. These no-bake chocolate peanut butter squares are indulgent, creamy, and easy to whip up on a whim.
Ingredients:
- 1½ cups vegan graham crackers, crushed (we prefer S’morebles)
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 Wild West Most Wanted chocolate bars, melted
- ½ cup peanut butter
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted coconut oil, peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Press this mixture onto the bottom of the 8x8 pan, creating a base. Firmly press down with your hands, or a spoon, to ensure it is fully compact. Place this pan into the freezer while you prepare the chocolate layer.
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine your Wild West Most Wanted chocolate bars (broken into chunks) and your excess peanut butter. Melt in the microwave, heating for 20 seconds at a time until fully melted.
- Remove the 8x8 pan from the freezer and pour your melted chocolate peanut butter mixture over top. Use a spatula to evenly spread the mixture.
- Sprinkle sea salt overtop of the bars and place into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Enjoy!
