This is our take on the classic Snickers-style bar. By combining medjool dates (aka nature’s caramel), crunchy peanut butter, and our decadent Dark Horse chocolate bar, we’ve created a dessert that can be eaten at any time of day. Seriously, eat them for breakfast. We won’t judge!

INGREDIENTS
- 8–10 Medjool Dates
- ½ cup peanut butter, crunchy
- 1 Wild West Dark Horse chocolate bar, melted
- 1 tbsp sea salt
HOW TO MAKE
- Slice open the medjool dates lengthwise (be sure not to cut all the way through) and remove the pits.
- Stuff each medjool date with about ½ tbsp of peanut butter and set aside.
- Melt the Dark Horse chocolate bar by breaking it into chunks, placing it into a microwave safe bowl, and heating for 20 second intervals until melted.
- Take about one tablespoon of melted chocolate and spoon it over each peanut butter-stuffed medjool date (covering all sides).
- Sprinkle each chocolate-covered date with a pinch of sea salt.
- Place dates in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes or until the chocolate is hardened.
- Enjoy!
