This is our take on the classic Snickers-style bar. By combining medjool dates (aka nature’s caramel), crunchy peanut butter, and our decadent Dark Horse chocolate bar, we’ve created a dessert that can be eaten at any time of day. Seriously, eat them for breakfast. We won’t judge!

Dark Horse Medjool Caramel Dates
Ingredients:

 Instructions:

  1. Slice open the medjool dates lengthwise (be sure not to cut all the way through) and remove the pits.
  2. Stuff each medjool date with about ½ tbsp of peanut butter and set aside.
  3. Melt the Dark Horse chocolate bar by  breaking it into chunks, placing it into a microwave safe bowl, and heating for 20 second intervals until melted.
  4. Take about one tablespoon of melted chocolate and spoon it over each peanut butter-stuffed medjool date (covering all sides).
  5. Sprinkle each chocolate-covered date with a pinch of sea salt.  
  6. Place dates in the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes or until the chocolate is hardened.
  7. Enjoy!
